Shipping policy

At our marketplace, you'll find lots of awesome vegan, ethical, and eco-friendly products. We don't keep these items in stock ourselves. Instead, when you buy something, it's sent straight to you from the brand. This way, we cut down on extra packaging and travel, which is better for the planet.

If you buy different things from different brands, they'll each come separately, right from the brand.

Delivery

Most of our brands send out your items within 1-2 days after you order. It usually takes about 3-10 days for your products to arrive, depending on where you and the brand are located. Just a heads-up, sometimes postal strikes or other unexpected events might delay your delivery; we unfortunately can't have control over that.

Import Taxes

Good news! If your order is shipped from within your own country, there won't be any extra taxes or fees.

However, if your order comes from a different country, you might have to pay VAT or import duties. These charges come from international trading rules, and we can't really do anything about them.
